This book totally met my needs for studying for the exam. It was easy to follow and the exams included were thorough and precise. I would highly recomend it for others studying for this exam.

Rating: - Got the Job done
I used this book in conjunction with pass4sure test questions. I read through this book twice and then studied the pass4sure questions for a week. This book is pretty accurate with what is on the exams. I passed the 601 exam with a 857 and the 602 exam with a 861. I feel that if you have sufficient experience in the field you can pass the exams with only this text. Now on to security+ !

Rating: - The only book you need!
This is the only book you need. I just took the A+ Essentials and the IT Tech exams and passed both with no worry. The questions on the test are the same type that are in this book. I will use this publisher for all my cert needs!!

Rating: - Good info, poor organization
This book is loaded with information and personal accounts about how to pass the A+ exam and demonstrate sound technician abilities. However, I found the book to be poorly organized. By reviewing all material in order of the exam objectives, as this book does, it means that the book will cover some material 2,3 even 4 times (some exam objectives cover the same material). I can't recall how many times I would be reading the book thinking "I've already read this ...", all of which adds to a feeling ... Read More
