Rating: - Good Resource
I would actually rank this somewhere between 4 and 5 stars, if possible. There is some room for improvement but it taught me enough to pass the exam on the first try. I had a few other resources, but this was definitely my main resource and where I spent most of my time. Being more on the project management side of security than the actual systems administrator or engineering side, I had my doubts about my ability to pass the exam. Rating: - not as great as expected
I was putting together my study sheet by cross referencing the objectives for Security + with a text search of the .pdf file and found a handful in just objective 1 where the book only details the description but not the administrative action to mitigate.

Rating: - Passed My Cert Using This Book!
This book is an excellent reference to use to get ready for the Security+ exam! I read it front to back, and used some online practice tests and passed my exam with a score of 860! I would deff recommend to anyone looking for a resource to pass the exam!

I found this book to be a helpful resource. I used this book for about 90% of my studying and the other 10% from Flash Card Certified and the combination of the two helped me pass. I would buy this book again and recommend it to others.
