Product Description: Lose the weight with 5 ingredients, 5 minutes, and 5 meals a day: Give this diet 5 stars!
Celebrity trainer and diet expert Harley Pasternak, author of 5-Factor Fitness, shares his secret to easy weight loss in this delicious plan: 5 small meals a day for 5 weeks, plus 100-plus recipes with 5 or fewer ingredients and just 5 minutes of prep time. Meal plans are included, and preparation is a snap. It works for Pasternak's clients, and it can work for you! As Eva Mendes says, Harley has changed my life. Not only do I feel better than ever, but now I can have guilt-free pizza anytime, and that has made me a happy girl. You'll even find a bonus chapter of 5-Factor Fitness workouts and sample 5-minute workout moves to help you maximize diet results in just 25 minutes per day over 5 weeks.

I love this exercise routine. I run a couple of miles and do a group workout three days a week. I do this the five nights a week recommended. It's great for me to do in the evening. I actually run up and down stairs for my cardio, so I can really tell a difference in my legs/buttocks area! Never tried the diet. It looks good though.

If you are serious about losing weight this book is a great tool. Full of research and knowledge that will help you shop, prepare meals and exercise for good results.

Good advice. Great recipes. Information easy to follow. Smart tips for choice of foods. All around this was a good read and great information.

That being said, if you don't eat dairy, specifically cheese, this book may not be as helpful. I found many of the recipes cheese laden with rocotta and/or mozzerelli. Since I'm not a fan of cheese (for various reasons) I found many of the recipes unsuitable for me. I would love to see this book with a new edition offering many healthy recipes (without dairy) while still ... Read More
