Despite all the naysayers EMS is real it works and it's here to stay. I work out 6 days a week HATE doing ab work, hell I really haven't done any since 2005. The reason why? Slendertone, it's quite simply the easiest, most effective way to work your abs. Your back never hurts, your quads don't take an extra beating by doing other ab workouts. Rating: - Above average pads

I've been using the slendertone belt for over a year now and I've seen positive results. The pads are a bit on the expensive side but if you're serious about using the belt there's no way around using the pads. I must say that the recent order of pads I received seem much thinner and are not lasting as long as they once did. I use my belt 3x a day for the full 40 minutes each time so I do expect them to wear down fast,...but it seems they pads are being made thinner than before.
