Customer Reviews
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Waste of money
I bought this for my wife and was extremely disappointed. It looks decent enough but the LCD screen is absolutely pathetic. You would think that a small screen like this would provide a decent picture quality but all photos are streaky and appear to be very low resolution. The quality is so poor that it now just sits in a draw. My recommendation is to look for something cheap elsewhere.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!
I bought one, I wish I had read the reviews. The built in lithium battery failed to recharge and the photo frame had never turned on, once it was disconnected from the USB port. A piece of JUNK!

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Easy to use, buy poor LCD.
I bought this as a present and one for myself. While playing with that I noticed the following (that might help deciding to buy it or not)

Pros:

1. Its (relatively) easy to set it up and to upload photos to the device (in Windows XP), but software is not that intuitive and don't expect much from the manual. From the manual I noticed that the MAC software looks better.

2. It charges via USB cable from your computer. So no batteries are needed.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Not Worth It
I purchased 4 of these (3 as gifts) and only one person could get it to work - and that was with a big hassle, including having to use a different connection cable. I tried on my desktop computer and my laptop with the same results. Coby Troubleshooting personnel walked me through some gyrations for the one I kept and when nothing worked, told me to return the unit because it was defective. Instead, I gave it to a computer geek who is the one who tried the new cable and some other tricks and it ... Read More

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Sending this one back... DO NOT BUY FOR MAC!
I am running the latest version/updates of Mac OS X. After installing their software, I launched the picture loading application from the desktop. It tells you to make sure the frame is in "Update" mode. Well there is no update mode. Checked the site for a software update, same version as shipped.

I was able to access the frame through a Windows Virtual machine, so I know the device is not defective. However, all of my pictures were in iPhoto so that is on little use.
